The MERCABL Marks
The term “MERCABL Marks” (or simply “Marks”) encompasses the words, logos, graphics, designs, and other visual elements that identify MERCABL as the provider of a product or service.
Uses of the MERCABL Marks
Talking About MERCABL Openly and Honestly
We welcome genuine comments about MERCABL. If you refer to us, please spell and format “MERCABL” correctly. Avoid variations like “MERCABLE” or “MERKABL.”
MERCABL's Logos, Specifically
Displaying official MERCABL logos on their own — for example, on promotional items, business cards, or banners — is typically considered a commercial use and can cause confusion. We generally do not allow such uses without prior written permission from MERCABL.
Names and Branding
Likewise, you may not use MERCABL Marks (or anything closely resembling them) in a way that implies a relationship or endorsement by MERCABL that does not exist.
Describing Your Own Content
You can use the name "MERCABL" in the title of your content, such as books, videos, podcasts, events, or promotional material. However, to help your audience differentiate your work from official MERCABL content, we ask you not to make any of our Marks the most prominent part of the name or title of your content. Using a disclaimer, such as “This content is not created or endorsed by MERCABL" also helps.
Advertising Your Shop
If you purchase keywords, run ads on search engines, or buy digital ads to drive traffic to MERCABL.com, you must comply with each platform's terms (including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search network policies). Your ads should not suggest that you are officially sponsored by or affiliated with MERCABL.
